Application Fee: $20 HMRRC $25 Non-HMRRC
Deadlines: mail - March 16 or online - March 26 at noon
Day of race registration from 7:30am to 8:30am. FEE: $30.00 all.
Race Fees are non-refundable & non-transferable
Packet Pickup: for Pre-registered: 7:30-8:45 a.m. at Bethlehem Central Middle School, Delmar, NY
T-shirts: Gender-specific Technical shirts available to all registrants prior to March 16th.
Start and Finish for All Races: From the Middle School on Kenwood Avenue

Awards: Overall top 3, 5 Year age group awards from 19 and under to 75+ .

No Strollers, Bicycles, Skates, or Animals Allowed in the Race. The use of headphones during the race is strongly discouraged. The course is open and used by other runners, walkers, cyclists and, of course, vehicles, making it important that each participant be aware of his or her surroundings.
SPOTLIGHT on Youth Kids' races (Youth 12 and Under):
Distances: 1/2 mile, 1/4 mile
Entry fee: Free
Registration: Day of Race only, 8:30- 9:45am
Help others less fortunate. Non-perishable food items will be collected on race day in the gym for the benefit of The Food Pantries for the Capitol District. Please consider bringing an item.
